Since 2011, OMK and the OMK-Uchastie Charity Fund have been holding the ART OVRAG, new city culture festival, in Vyksa every year..

The aim of the project is to develop a new urban environment by providing the conditions for implementing the social initiatives coming from the town’s residents in the fields of culture and education.

This is an all-year-round site for expressing the cultural and creative potential of the town’s residents. The festival embraces different arts: visual arts, architecture, music and dance, and some contemporary youth art trends.
 
The festival is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
